1. What types of payment are accepted?

2. What are the delivery times ?
If you place an order before 12AM, your order will be processed and sent the same day.
From this moment, it’s necessary to count between 5 and 10 working days for DOM TOM and international. It’s possible to return the order if the article doesn’t go.
3. Can a change be made if the item is not suitable?
We understand that it is difficult to know its size, especially for a first order.For this, 3 conditions to respect :-Time limit of 14 days from the date of receipt the order.-The product is in good condition and can be put back on sale.- That the label has not been removedWe reserve the right to refuse return if any of the above three conditions are not met.
4. How do I return an item?
If the item is not suitable, you have 14 days to notify us through the interface of your customer account. To do this, indicate that you want to "return an item" and the reason for our customer service to have a written record of your new request. Once this request is made on our interface, it is validated by a member of the Garance team. Returns and exchanges are accepted for the DOM TOM and the foreigners, the expenses of returns are not taken care of.
5. How do I get a refund?
We will make a bank transfer to you on the means of payment initially used. If you paid by PAYPAL, we will make a transfer to your account. You are refunded when we receive the goods at the logistics center. (A delay of 2-3 days is to be expected after sending your order). We will notify you via a message on your Garance customer account.
6. How do I track my order?
Several mails are sent to you when you place an order. The first tells you the email address used to create the account and the password used. The second with the detail of your order, we advise you to check the size, the model and the quantity. You will have a confirmation mail with each new step: the registration, the acceptance of the payment, the preparation in progress of the order, the shipment. You will also find the tracking number of the package in your customer account to be informed in real time of the progress of the delivery.
7. I lost my password, how do I?
Don’t worry ! Just do "forgotten password". Just enter your email address (with which you created the Garance account) and we will send you a new password. If you are not comfortable, call us on +220.127.116.11.06.83 (or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org) and with your first and last name we will find your account, we will be able to generate a new password for you.
8. My discount code doesn’t work, can I do ?
